Ordering is simple and safe. We have not opted for on-line ordering, as so many of our pieces are specially commissioned. Due to this, we find payment by cheque the easiest solution for all parties.

To buy from the Garden Pieces collection, simply copy and forward the description details, enclosing a cheque for the full amount, including priority carriage fee. Delivery for these pieces is normally 2 - 6 weeks after receipt of your payment. We will notify  you if any delays occur. 

To commission a piece from Duncan Thurlby or John McGill please send a cheque for 50% of the fee. We aim to meet orders within 9 weeks, however, due to the nature of the processes and demand this may not always be possible, but we will of course inform you of an expected delivery date for your piece and keep you informed of the progress of your order. Approximately 10 days before delivery of your order we will contact you and request a cheque for the outstanding balance, including delivery. At this point we will give you a firm delivery date. It may help to print and complete the Order Form.
